What we collect when you book a trip, why, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
To create a booking we collect the lead traveller's name, mobile number, and optionally email, plus each traveller's name, age, and gender. Trips that cross a protected area or require permits (e.g. Sundarbans, hill districts) additionally require NID or passport details, which are encrypted at rest and used only for the permit process.
How it is used
Your mobile number is used to send OTP login codes and booking/payment confirmations by SMS. Your details are shared with the relevant authority only where a trip legally requires a travel permit, and with our payment gateway only to process your payment — we never see or store your card or mobile-banking PIN.
How long we keep it
NID/passport details are purged automatically 90 days after the trip returns. Booking and payment records are kept for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can review or update your profile from your account at any time, or contact our office to request a copy or deletion of your data, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
